Day 118 - Beach Cubbys and Coconuts

PALM COVE TO PORT DOUGLAS
We had really enjoyed the comforts of a home even though it was only 2 nights, it was a refreshing stop. We packed up the house and walked down to the beach for another play at the beach and enjoy the local playground. After our snacks were exhausted by all the kids at the playground we heard for Clifton beach again and unsuccessfully attempted to find Marty's missing hat 🤠👎.
Micah had a sleep in the car as we wound our way along the coast line on our way to Port Douglas. It was a beautiful drive. We passed Hartley's Creek, Hartley's crocodile farm, and took a photo at Rex's lookout. We felt right at home 😂.
Four Mile beach at Port Douglas was windy and the tide was out giving us lots of flat space to run and build cubbys. We went for a walk in search of a coconut and Mum and Dad did exercise between the surf lifesaving flags. When we got back to our caravan site the boys all sawed the top of the coconut dad and Judd found and drunk the coconut water. Mum showed us how to remove the husk and cracked it open. Everyone was so excited! There was so much white flesh. We filled out belly's so noone are a big dinner that night.
After the kids went to bed. We enjoyed catching up and analysing the latest survivor season.
