Day 15 - Cliff Phenomenas, Campfire Treats and a Par

BUNDA CLIFF TO SEAWEED CAMP (EUCLA)
Following our favourite night the night before we were greeted by the most amazing sunrise and Ocean phenomenon. An evaporated fog would gather against the cliffs where the cold offshore morning breeze would blow it off the cliff edge and back out to sea. It was an amazing and unexpected sight to see.
We only had to cover 160kms today but would be crossing the boarder into WA which meant it was time to get stuck into our Fruit and Vegetables. Carrots and mandarins were getting passed around to be eaten but before we crossed over there was another hole to tick off, the border village Par 3 sitting a 6. Clint was finding getting onto to green with a 7 iron a bit tricky.
In our excitement that we were escaping the hustle and bustle of Victoria's repeat hotel quarantine bungle the police on the WA border patrol informed us that Perth was entering A 3 day lock down because of a covid hotel quarantine beach 🤦‍♂️ This would not interrupt our plans as we didn't plan to enter Perth CBD and we were still a couple weeks away. We continued through to WA and Marty asked "Are we there yet?".
After having to ask two different staff at the local fuel station were the seventh hole of the Nullarbor links course was quick stop was made for hole 7 par 4 shooting par (woohoo!) Clint was stoked with himself.
We made our way into camp just before 2PM, down another Sandy 4WD access track to once again find ourselves the only people there. We had a play at the beach until everyone was tired, cold & sandy. After a number of days now on the road Claire sensed that everyone needed something homely and cooked  up a treat after dinner. Campfire damper with strawberry jam and chocolate custard. This was followed by some hot water for a hot face washer bath, something everyone enjoyed!
